In a first rough cut, here’s the video for Tattletail. Enjoy and of course spread it to everyone you know. To see more of this vibrant rock band come to Mejeriet in Lund this saturday or Harry B James in Stockholm the day after. Check the gig section for additional info. - Bang your head babe!
This is the first part of the chorus in our one day fresh song, which we will carry in the set for Rockbåten as the opening song. You will not be disapointed. As I sit here with a grand beaker of the latin american national drink of Calimucho and feel really lucky to be part of this crazy gang of fucked up nogoods It comes to mind that once there was this very young man called Archibald Daniels going on a short trip abroad to see his favourite artist Rob Zombie.
When the opening act was done they announced that mr Zombie was ill or something and instead the brittish pop band Ash would stand in. This was not great for the already VERY toxic Archibald. He went bezerk. Drank all the beer in a famous bar in the city where it all occured and blacked out like a baby. When he came to his senses (well almost that is) he found himself smoking a joint with two really weird guys at a railway station in the outer rim of that alien city.
From there he took an extremly expensive cab to the harbour just to find out that the last boat was long gone and it would be hours and hours until the first morning boat arrived. Now, this particular winters day there was a heavy snowstorm in this nordic capital and the bloke needed a place to rest. He found himself wandering the empty streets as the high wore off and finally he found a coffeshop to rest his frozen body and heat up the buzzing mind with a couple of beers.
At this little sleazy bar a very unsexy 70-year old eskimo woman without any front teeth asked if she could help him out with a blow job for the humble price of 8$. Archibald went into a chock state and screamed NOOOO! from the top of his loungs.
Soon after this the boat arrived and our hero found his friends, who had lost him after a fight with cops and ambulances involved, and he went home (only to continue the very unhealthy party that was going on).
But the lady from the bar stuck in his mind and jumped up like the man in the box in his nighmares years and years after this and now this event has crawled itself into a song again. The soon to be finished “Stay-in-bed-day” will be at least partly inspired from theese events. Some of the involved may protest, but this is how the story goes…
Yours faithfully/ Maniac Archibald Daniels
A new year!
by Rabid Mutt on Jan.01, 2010, under Rock'n'roll stuff
So I just came home from celebrating the new year. Most of you will think about how most people celebrate and think that they’ll know what I’m talking about. I assure you, you don’t. Most of you probably have dinner and then drink some and watch the fireworks. Me? I think I might have seen some fireworks. But anything explosive needs to be tested in close quarters before I’ll use them to celebrate. So last week was spent shooting fireworks on Maniac who was passed out in an ally. Since I actually hit him my new years eve was spent running from an angered Maniac until I finally convinced him we should just get drunk together. Which we did. So…Cheers, and welcome to a new decade dedicated to the wonderments of rock n roll, all in the name of the Killer Clan of F.U.N.

Faster Pussycat
by Maniac on Oct.22, 2009, under Maniacisms and Poetry, Rock'n'roll stuff
I’ve been beatin’ around the bush for some time now with two important things in my life.
First: Faster Pussycats CD from 2006 “The Power And The Glory Hole”. I don’t fancy the techno approach these guys, fronted by Taime Down, have taken to their music. I loved the rawness and the energy that filled their first album and of course I loved “Wake me when it’s over” After that it seemed that every good rocking band had to try and reinvent rock n roll. And maybe that is something to be grateful for, but it doesn’t kick any ass. It just no good. Boring songs and no energy. It sounds a lot like the crap Tim Skold from swedish band Shotgun Messiah made ten years ago before he joined and got kicked out of Marilyn Manson. Manson at least have the magic fingers to put some energy into his music, while these copycats just fail. Now Faster Pussycat releases yet another album. I don’t know if I will even give it a chance. It’s called “Front Row For The Donkey Show” – If you do listen, please drop a line and tell me what you think.
Second: Nikki Sixx had a really sad 1987. It was the same year I got “Girls, girls, girls” and forced my kid sister to take pictures of me holding that album, an empty bottle of Jack Daniels and a bouquet of roses with my hair teased up to the moon. If I had known how far off into the darkness he had slipped with his heroine addiction it would have scared the shit right out my ass. Very interesting read, this book of his “The Heroine diaries” (or is it “the Heroine diarrheas”). So all you kids out there, read it and then
STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM DRUGS!!!
Swineflu and cu cu cachuu!
by Maniac on Sep.08, 2009, under Airplay, Maniacisms and Poetry, Rock'n'roll stuff
Nobody knows how long we got on this planet… some say (Nostradamus and the Maya indians) that it all ends in 2012. I for one, don’t care. All I want is to have lived and had a lot of fun (=sex, drugs, rock n roll) and as of today – all that feels OK.
So what about the cu cu cachu then? Well… it’s a theft from Mrs Robinson by Simon and Garfunkel straight to Tattletail – which is by now played in so mane radiostations around the world that we now start to feel a little bit like the stars we entered the world to be!
Die now? – hell no!

The fluffy smoke of a waterpipe

Hey y’all!
I’m really happy today, the band has gotten a whole bunch of new gigdates (coming up on the GIG-site soon) and new material is soon recorded and served to you our increasingly growing crowd of Killer Clan of F.U.N. fans.
Also a lot of cool aroundstuff is going on. Some of it is still secret, but word about “The School of Rock tour 2009/2010″ is out on the street. We are as we speak forming cooperations with different people and organisations.
Me on the more private side… I’m sitting in a comfty chair, smoking apple tobacco and drink sweet tea. Life is mighty. So is the girl who invited me… see how long this lasts. She has said the three magic words – but so far I avoided it, like the snake that I am. She’s a fox and I just woke up one day in her bed after a wierd trip from toad muculus. A lot of vomiting added in that story, so I’ll just pass.

Rocking all the way!
by Bedlam on Jun.09, 2009, under Rock'n'roll stuff
Spent the afternoon fiddelin’ around on the guitar trying to come up with a middle part for our new song “Liqour”. Got a couple of cool ideas down. Rehearsal with the band on friday, and we’ll see if we can get a handle on it.
Otherwise songwriting in Killer Clan of F.U.N. comes ridiciously easy. The 11 tracks on the album were writting in about 24 hrs, and the new on, “Say Hello To My Bullet” was another spur-of-the-moment kind of thing.
But every now and then a song comes along that needs a little more work. But it’s gonna be a good one, I can promise you that!
Also, been making plans for our “School of Rock Tour 2009″. It’s coming together nicely, and we’ll probably be hitting the road in early October. But there’ll be more updates on that later this summer…

This really rocks…
by Pär on Apr.30, 2009, under Rock'n'roll stuff
Hi, since you’re visiting our page, I know you’re into real rock’n'roll. And I thought that you’d be interested in other guys that really rocks.
So here they are: Bodies
They’re not like us, they’re them. But it’s pure rock’n'roll. They will probably get into the Rock’n'roll Hall of Fame before us (if Maniac doesn’t succeed in his plan to drug all the judges).
The singer Clint Hell is the true rockstar and he Twitters about it too.
Listen and download some stuff here, or visit their Myspace page.
BTW, I’m Pär. I’m also in the band, sort of. Like the fifth wheel… I haven’t gotten an ugly nickname yet by the others, probably because I’m too pretty and too nice.
They like to call me their manager, because they think it’s cool to have a manager. But actually no one can manage Maniac. Tried to lock him up the other day with some shrinks and you saw what happened…
Bye for now, I’ll be back…
