Come see us on the roof this sunday!
by Maniac on Jul.20, 2011, under Live, Maniacisms and Poetry
Yes, this is the case! On sunday we will rock the roof of Stadshallen on Stortorget in Lund. We hope to see at least our swedish friends there. We have a few surprises up the sleeve for you and it’s a dream for us come true to play this stage. Borderline Saints and Solity will share the stage with us and we are also looking forward to see those. It starts at 6 pm CET and we enter stage at 7! See you there!!!
The Releaseparty has been postponed one day so we don’t have to compete with Malmöfestivalens finale. The tickets are stricktly limited so be sure to get one in time. We will give away a freshly pressed copy of our album to everyone attending.
Why did it happen so fast?
by Maniac on Mar.31, 2011, under Live, Maniacisms and Poetry
Friday was satisfying for Killer Clan of F.U.N. as a band, for me personally as I was managing the whole event and for the people who came, because this means we now will have a good stage in Lund to put Rock n roll acts on! It’s like in the golden days of Lund back in the 70s and the 80s. When Zappa, Kiss, Motley Crue, Twisted Sister, Thin Lizzy, David Lee Roth, Ozzy Osbourne and a lot of other cool artists and bands visited the small town and left a mark of young lust, make up, puke and rock n roll!
Outside Mejeriet 1 hour before we opened the gates, there was actually a small crowd!!!
Inside, my dear friend Big Boned Barabas held court in the backstage area getting his make up by Mirre from MTV. He’s a wierd-, but handsomelooking dude and he really knows how to pic them girls!
Thank you all for the support, it was totally fantastic. We have got so much fanmail and nice words from a lot of really cool people… you!
We even got fan art sent to us this week. Thank you Axel!
Come and join us when we record the backing vocals for the upcoming album “The World of Voodoo” on saturday. We meet up at the central station in Lund at 6.45 PM (18.45)!!!
Over and out, fly and shout/ Maniac
PS. Here are two tracks from the concert. The starter “Stay-In-Bed-Day” and the AC/DC-cover “Dirt Deeds Done Dirt Cheap”. DS
Too much ass for Facebook!

I’m just worried what to wear when we play at Mejeriet March 25th. WHAT WILL I WEAR?
Steady as a Rock!
by Maniac on Feb.05, 2011, under Maniacisms and Poetry
Half of the songs has got new bass tracks. Tomorrow we aim to do the rest. The rock is a steady mofo. Almost chocking cool, he has invested in a piece of Rock weaponry that literally will blow your minds!
Say hello to the bass!
Who plays the Bass?
by Maniac on Dec.04, 2010, under Maniacisms and Poetry
The Mutt has made it official that he is leaving Killer Clan of F.U.N. today. We are still good friends and it’s sad, but we respect the decision and wish you love and happiness! This puts us in the position that we need a bassplayer that also want world domination, parties, girls and a whole lot of rock n roll! Help us spread the word so we can find the right one fast. We are in the middle of recording a great album and as soon as it’s finished we are going on tour.
Chips caught Maniac backstage
by Maniac on Jul.04, 2010, under Live, Maniacisms and Poetry, Rock'n'roll stuff
The plan was tight. Everything was timed and looked really like it would be a success. Some minutes before Sators gig at Bunkerfestivalen, I sneaked in and tried to steal all the guitars from the backstage artist area so that Sator wouldn’t have anything to play on.
As I, the frontman of Killer Clan of F.U.N., had rehearsed a couple of Sator songs I figured I could go out and take the stage a second time this saturday. After all it was a lovely stage and the gig went great earlier, even though there could have been more people. Now people had gathered to see Sator and this was my big chance.
Along comes Chips Kiesby the frontman of Sator and finds me in this embarrasing situation… see for yourselves.

Brand new video for Tattletail!

You’ve been watching a lame cut made by myself for several weeks now, but finally the production is done! Here you go, let your teeth sink into the freshness and raw power of the Killer Clan of F.U.N. captured by young film maker Nicolaj Branda.

The last of the members to be presented is also the most self-centered and diva-like one of them. This is a man who always grumps about every little issue untill he gets his way, even though it’s a far worse alternative than the one everyone else votes for. This is the singer and front figure of the Killer Clan. A pack of energy and brutal rock’n'roll.
This is the elder of Killer Clan of F.U.N. but young at heart and unfortunately in mind to. Maniacs first years were spent moving around much like a hobo. Moving from place to place, sometimes country side and sometimes city.
Ending up in academic city of Lund, Sweden, at the age of 8, living with his newly divorced mom aiming to get back the stolen years in paralyzing marriage he was not properly looked after and ended up doing dangerous and unlawful things, such as setting fire to everything and shoplifting anything flammable.
Being the prince for all relatives at first and then the poor sad pyromaniac child, descended from divorced parents, maybe his need of attention wasn’t fulfilled. As a direct result of this, and a reaction to his mother’s interest in women liberation groups, he started listening to punkrock, heavy metal, blues and any other degenerating kind of music there was. The more sexist style of music and lyrics, the better – all in the name of upsetting mom.
At school the grades weren’t great, more and more time was spent sneaky smoking and fighting, and when one of the cute girls got a higher grade, even though her test results where poorer, he threatened to beat up the teacher. Normally this is not a recommended action but in this situation it actually helped – and his grades got at least a little bit fairer.
Eventually this little villain also started to play the drums in a band. Late in life he found out that fat drummers didn’t get any of the lovely girls but that lead singers did, and could get away with lots and lots of bad behavior compared to drummers. At this time he had already found the love of his life and he married her and knocked her up… two times a father Maniac still craves attention like a two year old.
This is what drives him on stage every night with the Killer Clan of F.U.N. You gotta love this dude. Or you do like his brother in arms for a very long time, Bedlam, – keep him at a distance when needed and smack him hard on the head as prevention for stupid actions that just might come…

The fugitive from London Betlehem Hospital
by Maniac on Mar.28, 2010, under Bio, Rock'n'roll stuff
This crazy fuck of a guitarist is probably not who you’d like to meet in a dark alley in November. Bedlam is short for London Betlehem Hospital, and that’s what this mad man is running from. At least in his nightmares. Read some hardfacts from his life and weep. They’re coming to take him away HA HA!
