Bodies of F.U.N.!!
by Bedlam on Aug.20, 2009, under Maniacisms and Poetry
Check out Killer Clan of F.U.N. at allscandinavia.com today! We’re really proud of all the attention the band’s been getting lately – at the shows and on the radio and internet. Slowly but surely the gospel of the Killer Clan is spreading!
Great gig coming up next wekeend. Our pals in BODIES will join us for the show in Utvälinge on the 29th, and that’s GARAUNTEED to be a gooooood time! Check back for pics and tall tales from the event the week after.
And speaking of pics..there’s a bunch of ‘em from the gig at TopSpin up in the galleries. Run, run!
The new studio tracks are still in the cradle, but as soon as we recuperate from being drunk under the table by BODIES (or will it be the other way around?) we’ll continue work on those.
See ya soon! /Bedlam
Record Union
by Bedlam on Jun.17, 2009, under News
Haven’t posted in a while, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a lot going on.
We recently got the news that Record Union will be digitally distributing the album “Killer Clan of F.U.N.”, which means it soon will be available at iTunes, Amazon, Spotify ..and a whole list of other places. Great news and I will keep you updated on that!
In the meantime we’re gearing up and getting ready for the gig on the 27th, while preparing the recording sessions for this summer. Got a whole heap of red hot new songs, and some of the will be premiered on the 27th.
The album is going strong and is picking up more speed every day, but it’s gonna be alot of fun to crawl back into the sweatbox we call a studio and see what we can come up with.
/Bedlam – enjoying blogging more and more, but check out Eddie Spaghetti..he really got it down to an art
Good stuff
Rocking all the way!
by Bedlam on Jun.09, 2009, under Rock'n'roll stuff
Spent the afternoon fiddelin’ around on the guitar trying to come up with a middle part for our new song “Liqour”. Got a couple of cool ideas down. Rehearsal with the band on friday, and we’ll see if we can get a handle on it.
Otherwise songwriting in Killer Clan of F.U.N. comes ridiciously easy. The 11 tracks on the album were writting in about 24 hrs, and the new on, “Say Hello To My Bullet” was another spur-of-the-moment kind of thing.
But every now and then a song comes along that needs a little more work. But it’s gonna be a good one, I can promise you that!
Also, been making plans for our “School of Rock Tour 2009″. It’s coming together nicely, and we’ll probably be hitting the road in early October. But there’ll be more updates on that later this summer…
