Killer Clan sums up their favourite tracks!
by Stuff on Jan.29, 2011, under Stuff blogs
Hey everybody!
I know it’s been a while now, but we’ve been busy this week too. Changes in our life means there are changes in the band, it’s hard to adapt them, but we’re doin’ our best! The album is still being recorded and it sounds more and more solid the more we work on it. I hope that you will enjoy it, that’s one of many reasons we’re trying so hard.
But to keep you not from drowning in silence in the meantime we’ve compiled a list of 50 songs. Every member has listed their 10 favourite tracks for the time being. This playlist works for your party, workout, chillout, you just name a situation and this playlist will surely work anytime!
You’ll have to have Spotify to get it working, here it is Killer Clan of F.U.N. Favourites 2011

Stuffs Top 10 Albumlist (5)
by Stuff on Jan.22, 2011, under Stuff blogs
I would like to apologize myself for not updating this as often as I said I would. We’ve made some changes right here on the blog. So that’s the main reason why I haven’t updated the list. From now on there will be updates every week until we reach the tenth album. Anyway, here we go!
I’ve come to the fifth spot on the list. Bon Jovi, a band which gives me a lot of inspiration and they really have songwriting skills. The album I will put on the list has both a hard edge and those light cool happy songs. The album is Keep The Faith which was realeased in 1992. It is produced by Bob Rock, a man who I really don’t care so much about, but I know others do (Bedlam is one of them). The songs stand out and there are no songs just to “fill it out”. Jons melodies together with Richie Samboras guitars ties this album into something that I would like to call magic. Richie is also one of my rolemodels!
If you dont have the time to go through the whole record you should really listen to the title track Keep The Faith and Dry County, a track with much guitarsolos, which I could kill for. When they did this album they must have had an awesome stylist cause the really look cool. Dry County has a video which I have seen, well I don’t know how many times. For the sad part here they have cut approx 3 minutes of solos here.
If you wanna listen to my whole albumlist so far and you if got Spotify you can click hear!
These entries are on the list so far:
Alice Cooper – Love It To Death
David Bowie – The Rise And fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders from Mars
KISS – KISS
Aerosmith – Get A Grip
Bon Jovi – Keep The Faith
It’s all about The Rock
by Pär on Jan.20, 2011, under Bio
You’ve probably heard the rumour by now: Killer Clan of F.U.N. have a new bass player!
The guys had been auditioning bass players for a while, ever since The Mutt left us in December. And you may remember the band’s history with auditions from before, and as you understand it’s not an easy thing to run if Maniac handles them alone.
This final audition last week, though, the entire band was present to make sure that Maniac didn’t do anything stupid, forgot about it or hired a trombone player instead of a bass player.
We were waiting in the rehearsal room for the whole thing to start. BBB told us after having briefly opened the door to the hallway outside, that there were 15 people out there waiting to audition.
And finally Maniac yelled: “THE FIRST ONE CAN COME IN!!”
The door opened and in came a guy with sunglasses, carrying a bass guitar case. He walked slowly to the middle of the room, carefully put down his case on the floor, looked at us and said with a deep calm voice:
- “Rock”
- “Rock you too dude”, Maniac said. “And what’s your name”
- “I am Rock”, he answered.
- “Hell yeah!, we’re all rock, dude, Bedlam is rock, BBB is rock, Stuff is rock and I am so much fucking rock that it pours down on the floor.”, Maniac shouted.
Maniac, not known for his patience, turned to us and carried on shouting and making jokes out of it for a while. When he finally stopped we looked at the bass player again, and there he was, already with the bass in his hands, with the hand on the amp switch. He said slowly:
“My name is The Rock”, and he turned on the switch…
And boy did he blow us away with his playing. After 15 minutes of solo play even Maniac’s jaw had dropped to the floor. Maniac took a few paces towards The Rock and asked him:
“Do you like JD?”
The Rock nodded.
“YOU’RE IN!”, Maniac screamed, looking at us and we were all nodding and giving the thumbs up.
“Well, I have to tell the other players that it’s over for them then”, Bedlam said.
“That won’t be necessary”, The Rock said.
“Sure, it will”, Bedlam said, but when he opened the door to the hallway, no one was there. Everybody was gone.
We have no idea what happened to them, but we’re really excited to have The Rock as a member of Killer Clan of F.U.N. Welcome!

Olofström rocked bigtime!
by Stuff on Jan.16, 2011, under Stuff blogs
Last night we hit a place called Växtverket in Olofström where we were to play a gig with 3 other bands. I had not heard any of them before, but I got pretty surprised by a band called Devil In Little Lisa, they had the energy. We were placed as the band who would wrap up the evening. Which I think they did just right in, we totally rocked the building together with the amazing crowd. They helped us through the chorus in Shooting Stars, and they clapped hands through the last part of In Touch With My Demons. When we get a crowd like this it makes me shiver right down to the bone! It also makes me proud that you like our songs that we have worked so hard with.

Sadly we can’t show you any of the pics we took cause of our very lazy tourmanager.

This week has been crazy as hell, I broke my fuckin’ toe last sunday and the doctor told me to rest it at least for about two weeks, But hey we all know that it ain’t gonna happen. I can´t stop doing the damn drumming for a little thing like this, and he didn´t realize who he was dealing with, 3B you little wizzy.
I tried to play the drums the day after and it did hurt a lot, but it was just to keep up the work and not complain about it, and it worked out pretty good! We’re having a gig tomorrow and I’m so stoked and excited about the show and it will be a great start for the months to come, and the toe can hurt how much it wants while I’m playing cuz I will go crazy behind the drums anyways!
Over and Out , sleep tight , grab a girl good night! //3B
BBBs Bigtoe and last nights rehearse
by Stuff on Jan.11, 2011, under Stuff blogs
Here’s a quick update for you what’s happening right now. Last night we rehearsed and it was really, really fun. It could be that it was lightyears ago we really rehearesd and it could actually be that the sound was great, you could hear everything really good. And ofcourse, there was quite a bit humor going on in the room. When it feels like this, I reall love playing guitar in the band!
I should also tell you a bit about our crazy drummer 3B. The day before we rehearsed I received an sms that he had broke his bigtoe, but he would come and play with us anyway. Nothing could stop. And when he entered the room yesterday with crutches I realized that he’s maybe the biggest star in the band. A superduper nice dude with a very big heart. Noone can take his place as a drummer in the band. Here’s a pic for ya with him posing with his crutches!
I can also tell yee that we had another dude on the bass yesterday. He was really a great bassplayer, though he only had four strings. I have missed The Mutts fivestringed bass a bit but this dude made it sound different but stil good. This dude will play with us on the upcoming gig and then we’ll see what we feel, and go from there. Maybe this is the the one!
Another thing I really have to tell you all though it has nothing to do with the Clan is that I really love the title on Roxette’s newest single. She’s Got Nothing On (But The Radio) , now this is something that I look for in a girl. So if you’re single and wanna come on to me, then you know what I like! / Stuff

Rockbåten photos
by Bedlam on Jan.05, 2011, under Bedlam speaks, Live, News
Yesterday I recieved photos from the gig at Rockbåten last summer from our friend Peter Malmgren. (A great photographer, check him out)
A happy surprise that really took me back to that extremely hot night in June. I remember it was a great gig even though it was hard to breath in the overwhelming heat. But I guess we kind of thrive on conditions like that, since it only added to the performance. Take a look at the photos, fantastic stuff. (Although some of the very best we’re saving for the album release later this year.. )
This is one of my favourites, taken just seconds after the last song when Stuff went bezerk, knocking over mic-stands and slamming his guitar down on the floor. Something demonic must have taken a hold of him. I’ve seen him go crazy before but that time I was sure he was going to break his guitar. Magically, he didn’t…
